β Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
π Exchanges
Need a different size or color?

We offer free exchanges on items of equal value if the requested size is in stock.

Email us at [email protected] to initiate an exchange request.

Exchanges must also meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above.
π° Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
π How to Return an Item

We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable).

Pack your item securely and drop it off at the carrier listed on your return label.
Note: For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Include photos of the item and packing slip for faster resolution.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund as needed.
